Your return will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving your request. When we have received the item and verified the contents, we will refund you in the same method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in OKSOU's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● For non-quality related warranty claims, OKSOU refunds the cost of the product itself

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

For products registered with warranty, if there are any quality issues found, please contact us to file a warranty claim. Please send us an email at support@oksou.com explaining the quality issues and include the following information:

  • Your Order ID
  • Email address used for the order and date of purchase
  • The specific quality issue, including a video as proof of this issue

Once the claim is confirmed, we will provide you with solutions and options of return, refund or replacement, and we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.
